Rivers are an important natural resource that support life through its ecological and aesthetic impact on a community. A healthy river contributes to a healthy community. The Ottawa River has been an integral part of the Lima community dating back to the settlement of Allen County, Ohio - serving as a source of drinking water, food, transportation, recreation and energy.
The Ottawa River Coalition is an organization of local businesses, governments and individuals who work together to improve the quality of the Ottawa River through the wise use and management of the Ottawa River as an important natural resource. Allied Environmental Services is proud to have been a supporting member of the Ottawa River Coalition for nearly 22 years and we look forward to continued support of the coalition and our natural resources.
Please take a moment to view this fantastic new video, produced by the ORC, created to promote awareness of the organization and its great work. Allied's own Keith Boyd makes an appearance!
